I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Drugs and related issues, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Ten people have been charged following an extensive investigation into the supply of cocaine and cannabis into Lincolnshire and Surrey, using a county lines network.
Five people appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 10 and 11 June, they were remanded into custody and will next appear at Lincoln Crown Court.
Catalin-Marius Badaric, aged 32, Coleridge Gardens, Lincoln has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine , a class A drug, in Lincoln. Badaric appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 10 June.
Andrei-vasile Ciocirlan, aged 26, Argyle Street, Boston has been charged with an offence of conspire to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincoln. He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 11 June.
Michaela Gandey, also known as Palmer, aged 35, Burrows Close, Waddington, has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, a class A drug in Surrey and Lincolnshire, and conspire to supply cannabis, a class B drug, in Lincolnshire. Gandey appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court 10 June.
Stefan Nastase, aged 29, Burrows Close, Waddington, has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincolnshire and Surrey, and conspire to supply cannabis, a class B drug, in Lincolnshire. Nastase appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court 10 June.
Vasile-Laurentiu Nastase, aged 42, of no fixed address, has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincoln. Nastase appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 11 June.
Four people appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court on 4 June and will appear at Lincoln Crown Court. They were remanded into custody.
Stefan Gjoka, also known as Antonio Cangiano, aged 36, of Steeplands, Bushey, Watford has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine,a class A drug, in Surrey, conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincolnshire and conspiring to supply cannabis, a class B drug in Lincolnshire.
Kevi BYLYKBASHI, aged 31, of High Street, Stratford, London, has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Surrey and conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincolnshire.
Artur SYLAJ, aged 47, of Asburton Road, Croydon has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Surrey.
Pellumb MINO, aged 41, of Lanchester Way, Lewisham, London has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Surrey.
The tenth person, Valentin Petcu, aged 39, of Horton Street, Lincoln has been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine, a class A drug. Bail has been refused, and he will appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Friday 12 June 2026.
